I hit some road debris and busted my oil pan on a recent trip. The staff at Lee Miles were extremely helpful and curtiious. They helped make a bad day much easier. They made the repairs as soon as they could get the parts. Highly recommend!

On our drive home to Canada from TX on Easter weekend 2017, we lost power from engine in our RV on Interstate and had to pull off in Bowling Green, Kentucky. CAA/AAA sent wrong tow truck, & wasn’t very helpful finding us a repair service. We thought it might be our transmission, so when we passed Lee Myles, we pulled in. They were open on Good Friday and busy, but checked us out quickly, took RV for test drive, did diagnostics & determined it wasn’t the tranny, but something clogging exhaust system, which seemed to have “blown out” by itself during test drive. They were willing to do a more thorough check of fuel system, but gave us the choice to save time and money if we wanted to try hitting the road and maybe the problem was solved. We felt they were very knowledgeable, so we took their advice and decided to continue our trip. When we asked Danny what the cost was for the time, diagnostic, test drive and unscheduled assistance, he answered that we didn’t owe anything! We even double-checked with the receptionist, who had also been very friendly and reassuring to us, and who also refused to accept any payment, and then promptly continued helping others who had been there before us. We were very impressed by the hospitality shown to strangers/seniors just passing through, and by the staff’s expertise and honesty. We had no further car trouble on the trip, and felt we had to write a good review for what they’d done for us. I have been using Lee Myles for four years. They have always given me and my wife outstanding service. The number one thing is that they are honest with me and I appreciate that so much. I would trust them completely with any vehicle that I have.

I had my transmission rebuilt by Lee Myles in Feb. A few months later I had a problem with the torque converter. They fixed it under warranty. Less than 24 hours later I lost all of the fluid in my transmission. They had it towed, then explained what happened. No big deal. A few days later, I was in Tennessee 125 miles away. It happened again. They paid the $550 tow bill, then said it was the same thing. They fixed it by replacing the case. They never made excuses, and were very understanding to my frustration. I highly recommend this shop. They are extremely helpful, and courteous.

My daughter is a student at WKU. About 2 hours away from home. We took her car to Lee Myles with a power steering issue. They were very prompt in getting me a diagnoses and an estimate. The estimate appeared to be fair based on my research. Anyone that has a daughter away from home knows that getting this kind of help is very much appreciated. Helped me sleep better knowing that my daughter was taken care of.

Great place, service and price!

What a special place. The customer service was the best I ever experienced. Kudos to Mark who went out of his way to find the solution to repair my car. He researched the problem and researched the most economical way to repair my car. He found out that my warranty was still in place which I did not know. He referred me to the Ford dealership so my car would be repaired without cost to me. He made all the arrangements with the Ford people and had it towed there. I know very little about cars and he treated me like a family member. I trusted his advice and for all his time he did not charge me.

Very great experience and really great service. If you have any transmission needs go to them because they will defiantly take care of you at an affordable cost. And also they give discounts for WkU students.
