Took my vehicle to Lee Myles for a oil change and transmission service, not only did they get me in fairly quickly they gave me a ride home via the free shuttle. These guys go out of their way to take care of people!!!!

In my experience, Mike (i believe his name was) wasnt the most friendly, but when i mentioned i could get a part they needed locally for cheaper, he recomended i do so. They used the cheaper part, and had the work done right away. More than i expect from a transmission shop, ill go back if i need to.

I took my manual shift Forester to Lee Myles and found super helpful, practical people AND a loaner car! They were quick, also, and have a warranty longer than the one on my used dealer-purchased vehicle.

First time customer. I was a bit hesitant to act when Mark suggested that I spend about $1,000 to fix an apparent problem I had not detected, but I agreed. He ordered the parts and installed them. Then he called me to say that his original diagnosis was incorrect and the problem was elsewhere that abiding by a recall would fix. He said he was removing the parts he installed and sending them back to the supplier. Then he recommended a dealer who will accommodate the recall. Integrity. I've found my permanent auto repair shop. Thank you, Mark!

The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The work on my car was finished in a timely manner, and the transmission is quieter and shifts more smoothly. I will return to Lee Myles in the future.

The office staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The mechanic, when I talk to him, explain what was wrong and how long it would probably take to fix. Unfortunately it took longer than expected and they had my car for almost 2 weeks. Other than that I'm pretty happy.
