First time customer. I was a bit hesitant to act when Mark suggested that I spend about $1,000 to fix an apparent problem I had not detected, but I agreed. He ordered the parts and installed them. Then he called me to say that his original diagnosis was incorrect and the problem was elsewhere that abiding by a recall would fix. He said he was removing the parts he installed and sending them back to the supplier. Then he recommended a dealer who will accommodate the recall. Integrity. I've found my permanent auto repair shop. Thank you, Mark!
