I’m usually not one to write reviews about places and businesses, but I just want to take the time to reiterate just how truly amazing this place is. Before moving to Bowling Green I had always worked on my truck myself or had mechanics I trusted and knew from my small town work on my vehicles for me. I was very uneasy on where I should take my truck for repair when I first moved here, but I stumbled upon Lee Myles Auto Care driving down the bypass one evening and i could never say anything less than how thankful I did. From the very first time I came I have never been treated with the upmost respect and care than any auto shop I’ve ever been. Keith and the mechanics have taken care of me from day one. I have never once felt as a bother to call anytime I have questions about my vehicle, (which sometimes is often) and nomatter what I have to ask, Keith is always there to stay on the phone until he feels sure I know everything I called to ask about. From the amount of quick and professional work on my truck to the friendship Keith and Lee Myles Auto have given me, I don’t feel I have more trust and respect for ANY business that has taken care of me in my life. Over the past 6 months Keith and the guys have worked on my vehicle and my wife’s countless times and i wouldn’t think of relying on anyone else. I don’t think I’ve ever felt at ease and relieved when I have left a mechanic shop, until I came to Lee Myles. I brought my van in to have the passenger sliding door fixed. It would not close. When it went into the shop they told me that there was nothing wrong with the door and it worked perfectly. Put air in my tires and said “No charge” . I so appreciate the kindness and honesty. I’ll return to Lee Myles and tell friends they need to bring their business to them. Thank you.
