What a special place. The customer service was the best I ever experienced. Kudos to Mark who went out of his way to find the solution to repair my car. He researched the problem and researched the most economical way to repair my car. He found out that my warranty was still in place which I did not know. He referred me to the Ford dealership so my car would be repaired without cost to me. He made all the arrangements with the Ford people and had it towed there. I know very little about cars and he treated me like a family member. I trusted his advice and for all his time he did not charge me.
